Welcome to the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Procurement Portal
The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) seeks to do business with experienced and responsible firms while following an open and transparent competitive process to procure products and services.
The RTA standards include utilization of best industry practices that promote accountability, transparency and efficiency in our procurement processes.
The RTA invites you to register your company in the RTA Procurement Portal to receive notifications on all solicitations. Once registered, vendors can view RTA’s solicitations, access documents and submit bids/proposals.
Open solicitations are posted here on the RTA Procurement Portal for review and download by registered vendors. Additionally, announcements are posted at the RTA main office at 175 W. Jackson, Suite 1650, Chicago, Illinois 60604. Formal solicitations are also published in the Chicago Sun-Times newspaper.
Interested parties not able to download from this site can request and obtain printed copies of solicitations from RTA’s office. Please call ahead so that the solicitation can be prepared for you to pick-up. RTA will mail solicitations upon request but cannot be responsible for timely delivery.
If you should have any procurement related questions, please contact any of the following department contacts for assistance.
