Small Works Roster Applicants:
The Small Works Roster contracting process is used for awarding public works/construction projects up to a value of $300,000.00. In order to be eligible to bid on Small Works projects, you must first submit a Small Works Roster Pre-qualification Application and sign the accompanying Small Works Contract. Those documents must be submitted to Grant PUD for review, approval and placement on the Roster. Once you are placed on the Roster, you will be notified of bid opportunities for the type(s) of work you are approved for. To apply for the Small Works Roster, you can download the application below, print and complete the application and return it along with the signed contract and all required documentation to the attention of Betty Snell, Procurement Officer, PO Box D4, Beverly, WA 99321. Grant PUD will be auctioning miscellaneous surplus items on eBay under the seller name GCPUD2 as the items become available. Go to www.grantpud.org and click on "Your PUD" and then "Surplus Auctions" to view the auctions. This site also allows you to register to be notified when future surplus auctions occur.
