This site is sponsored by the Hamilton County Purchasing Department which is the central procurement organization for all general government agencies and elected official offices under the jurisdiction of the Hamilton County Board of Commissioners.
If you are not registered to use the full services of this website, you may, nevertheless, view general information posted here about the County's current sealed bid/proposal opportunities. This information may be accessed by clicking on the "Solicitations" tab above. However, if you would like to view or print any of the associated documents, you must first create a user account. This simple process can be initiated by clicking on the "Registration" tab above. Once your account is initially recognized by the system, you will receive an email from "DoNotReply@ebidsystems.com" with the subject line "Hamilton County, Tennessee Vendor Registration Confirmation". In this email you will see a "Click to Continue Registration" link. This link will open the website and you will be guided through the remainder of our vendor registration process.
Once approved (registered) as a vendor, you will be able to view, print and save project documents to your own equipment. Also, unless you elect not to receive updates, you will receive emails notifying you of relevant new sealed bid/proposals opportunities as they arise and any addenda affecting them.
