Step 1: eBid site registration

All vendors are required to register and maintain their company's information with the city through this secure system.  Please click on the "Register" tab above if you have not previously registered.

Step 2: Select categories that match your company's goods/service

Bids/proposals are to be submitted online through this site. See the Category Codes document to assist you in choosing the categories that match your company's goods/services. If you do not find your category please email purchasing@surpriseaz.gov to request an addition to the category table.

Step 3: Email notifications
You will receive email notifications of bid opportunities that match the categories you selected when registering. You can also view all open bid opportunities by clicking on the "Solicitations" tab above.

Important Notes:

 Surprise City Code requires any person who practices, transacts or carries on any business within the municipal limits of the city to obtain a city business license. This requirement includes businesses within the municipal limits of Surprise and those who may be physically located outside of the municipal limits but enter the city to conduct business or perform services. You can register for a license at www.surpriseaz.gov/bizlicense.

 Standard Insurance may be required depending on contract. This document provides the minimum requirements for contractors and personal/professional services.  A contract will be issued stating the requirements.  No PO will be issued without insurance where required.  Insurance requirements are subject to change without notice.
