Welcome to the new City of Seattle online bid document distribution website. If this is your first visit to the site, you may view general information about current public works and professional services projects being advertised by clicking on the "solicitations" tab above. If you would like to view or print any of the project documents, you must first create a new user account. After you have set up your account, you will be sent an automatic email message from "DoNotReply@ebidsystems.com" with the subject line "City of Seattle Vendor Registration Confirmation." In this email you will see a link to "Click to Continue Registration." This will open the website and you will enter a password of your choice (minimum of eight characters).
After completing your registration, you will be able to view, print and save project documents to your own equipment. You may also order full or partial plan sets and/or CDs of project documents through the site. There are online estimating and take off tools for plan sheets, as well.
Unless you opt out of receiving updates, you will receive emails notifying you of addenda to projects as well as new bidding opportunities.
When registering please enter street address (not PO Box) and make sure that you include your fax number.
Please visit "http://Seattle.gov" for other procurement opportunities listed here.
Although we update the information as frequently as possible, we make no guarantee that the information is always current.
