This web site is intended to supplement, not replace, official methods of disseminating Bid information. As required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Invitation For Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) notices are published in the Daily Journal of Commerce as the official method of disseminating bid information. In addition, this Consultants Roster internet publishing is intended to meet the notification requirements of RCW 39.80.030 and Port of Seattle policy and procedures PUR2.
The Port of Seattle invites you to view the Consultants Roster. This Consultants Roster is used by the Port's employees to select Architectural and Engineering Services. Consultants should check this roster to make sure they are listed. If you believe your firm is registered, and are able to log into the site, but do not see your firm on the roster, then you may not have completed the entire registration process for Consultants. If you wish to be on the Consultants Roster please download the SF330.doc at the bottom of this page, fill out Part 2 only, and upload this document to your vendor record. Your submission will be reviewed for completeness and approved or you will be contacted for further information. The master account holder's profile has the categories selected matching the company's specialties and can upload the SF330 form once it is completed. The master account holder(s) can also adminster the company's profiles and additional users. For further assistance use the Contact Us link at the top right of this page.
Consultants Roster Search
The International Consultants Roster is intented to provide foreign governments and foreign governmental agencies access to information on Washington Architectural and Engineering firms. It is an optional selection for those Washington firms.
