Small Works Roster Applicants:
The Small Works Roster contracting process is used for awarding public works/construction projects up to a value of $300,000.00. In order to be eligible to bid on Small Works projects you must first submit a Small Works Roster Pre-qualification Application and sign the accompanying Small Works Contract. Those documents must be submitted to the District for review and approval and placement on the Roster. Once you are placed on the Roster, you will be notified of bid opportunities for the type(s) of work you are approved for. To apply for the District's Small Works Roster, you can download the Application below, print and complete the application and return it along with the signed contract and all required documentation to the attention of Betty Snell, Contract Officer, at 15655 Wanapum Village Lane SW, Beverly, WA  99321.

Application for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for electrical construction or improvement of an electrical facility (High Voltage Electricity - HVE) Applicants:
Pursuant to RCW 54.04.085, Contractors wishing to be considered by Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County, Washington for designation as a pre-qualified bidder for transmission and distribution line construction and maintenance, fiber-optic construction and maintenance, substation construction and maintenance, and wood pole ground line test and treatment, must submit an application. The application will be reviewed and approved prior to receiving Contract Bid documents. The District is required to evaluate applications once a year.

Pre-qualification forms may be obtained by downloading the Application for Pre-Qualification of Contractors for Electrical Construction below, contacting the District’s T&D Engineering Department via fax at (509) 754-5291, or via e-mail to Tim Yamamoto – e-mail address: tyamamo@gcpud.org. Hard copies of the required documents including the completed and original application form should be sent to Tim Yamamoto’s attention at the address listed on the form. Surplus Sales:
Grant PUD will be auctioning miscellaneous surplus items on eBay under the seller name GCPUD2 as the items become available. Go to www.gcpud.org and click on "Contracting Opportunities" to view the auctions. This site also allows you to register to be notified when future surplus auctions occur.
