This site provides information regarding procurement (Purchasing - Goods and Services) opportunities, professional, personal, and other services and construction contracting (Public Works - over $300,000, and Small Works - $300,000 or less) opportunities at the Port of Seattle. Although we update the information as frequently as possible, we make no guarantee that the information is always current.

Companies may self-identify themselves as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) on their Port of Seattle vendor registration page.  To qualify, a business must not exceed the Small Business Administration (SBA) size standards for maximum average receipts or maximum average number of employees for the relevant North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Industry category or categories and the personal net worth of each owner is less than $750,000.

This web site is intended to supplement, not replace, official methods of disseminating Bid information. As required by the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), Invitation For Bid (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Request for Qualifications (RFQ) notices are published in the Daily Journal of Commerce as the official method of disseminating bid information. In addition, this Consultants Roster internet publishing is intended to meet the notification requirements of RCW 39.80.030 and Port of Seattle policy and procedures PUR2.

The Port of Seattle invites you to join our Consultants Roster which is used by the Port's employees to select Professional, Personal, Purchashased and other servies.  Just download and fill out the Consultants Roster Application.doc in the Consultants Roster file located below, and upload this document to your vendor record.  Please read the FAQ's for further information.
