Important:  Be advised that Connecticut Law (C.G.S §4a-100) requires that vendors must be pre-qualified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services for any fully or partially state funded construction projects with The MDC, estimated at over $500,000. The prequalification process can be time consuming and may take several weeks, so please start as soon as possible to insure that you do not miss out on any construction opportunities.
