Be advised that Connecticut Law (C.G.S §4a-100) requires that vendors must be pre-qualified by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services for any construction projects with The MDC estimated at over $500,000.  The prequalification process can be time consuming and may take several weeks, so please start as soon as possible to insure that you do not miss out on any opportunities.
