Welcome to the new City of Seattle online bid document distribution website. If this is your first visit to the site, you may view general information about current public works and professional services projects being advertised by clicking on the "solicitations" tab above. If you would like to view or print any of the project documents, you must first create a new user account. After you have set up your account, you will be sent an automatic email message from "DoNotReply@ebidsystems.com" with the subject line "City of Seattle Vendor Registration Confirmation." In this email you will see a link to "Click to Continue Registration." This will open the website and you will enter a password of your choice (minimum of eight characters).
If you have not received the activation email after entering your email address and company name, please view the document "exchange_login_troubleshooting" in the documents section below.
When registering please enter street address (not PO Box) and make sure that you include your fax number.
After completing your registration, you will be able to view, print and save project documents to your own equipment. You may also order full or partial plan sets and/or CDs of project documents through the site.
Although we update the information as frequently as possible, we make no guarantee that the information is always current.
The Official Advertisement For Bid notices are published in the Daily Journal of Commerce. The bid documents found here may also be available at your area plan center, but the official plan holders list includes only those bidders who download directly from the Web site. Addenda and other project information will only be sent to official plan holders (including plan centers that obtained documents through the Web site).
Please be advised that if you opt out of receiving updates, you will not receive emails notifying you of addenda and other project information.
Please visit http://seattle.gov/html/business/contracting.htm for other upcoming procurement opportunities.
The City encourages women- and minority-owned businesses to submit bids, and encourages contractors to make use of women-and minority-owned businesses as subcontractors and suppliers.
GOOD AND SERVICES or CONSULTANTS: If you are a provider of goods and services or a consultant, please check out our other City roster programs at http://www.seattle.gov/VendorRegistration for additional bidding opportunities.
